Overview:

Challenge: Hunt Developers, an emerging real estate development firm, needed to position itself as a legacy brand despite having no existing branding, content, or completed projects to showcase. The challenge was to create an authentic and credible brand presence that conveyed their commitment to quality and vision for future developments.

Solution: To address this, I crafted a comprehensive branding strategy that included the development of a visual identity, the design of a modern and responsive website, and creative direction to align all content and communication channels with the brand’s values and aspirations.

My Role:

I was responsible for leading the brand development process, ensuring strategic consistency across all brand elements.

My responsibilities included Brand Vision and Strategy, Visual Identity Development, Creative Direction, and Website Design.

Brand Vision and Strategy:

  • Collaborated with Hunt Developers and the team over at NNOVATE STUDIOS to define their core values, mission, and long-term vision.

  • Developed a brand strategy that positioned them as a legacy brand in the real estate market, highlighting their commitment to quality and innovative developments.

Visual Identity Development:

  • Created a complete visual identity, including logo design, color palette, typography, and branding guidelines that embodied the company’s core values and aspirations.

  • Ensured the visual elements were adaptable for use across digital and print materials, providing a unified brand experience.

Website & Creative Direction:

  • Designed a modern, responsive website that delivered an intuitive user experience while showcasing Hunt Developers’ vision and expertise, despite not having completed projects.

  • Developed a creative direction strategy, focusing on storytelling, to build credibility and highlight the company’s attention to detail, sustainable practices, and future community impact.

RESULTS:

The comprehensive brand strategy and digital overhaul established Hunt Developers as a credible, forward-thinking brand in the real estate market, despite their initial lack of content and completed projects. The cohesive visual identity, website design, and creative direction successfully built a recognizable and professional image, resonating with potential clients and industry partners.
